Embody Natural Health Brings Wellness to Pittsburghers

In our new book, The Woman’s Fibromyalgia Toolkit, we include instructions for a range of holistic therapies for reducing fibromyalgia symptoms, including exercises, yoga, and nutritional supplements.

If you live in the Pittsburgh area, you can get a personal look at your natural health routine from expert Aimee Woods, who’s opening Embody Natural Health on Butler Street in Lawrenceville (near the zoo). Aimee’s helping me out for my newest book and I had a chance to preview her new space last week.

Embody Natural Health will offer:

    - Health coaching
    - Nutrition advice and cooking classes
    - Yoga and fitness classes

And if you’re looking for raw organic ingredients for health recipes, you can get those from Aimee, too.

Here are a couple upcoming events you won’t want to miss:
- Tomorrow, April 10th is preview day from 3 to 8 PM. You can check out Embody Natural Health, learn some yoga poses, and try some organic juices and smoothies.
- On April 29 and May 6 from 11 AM to 2 PM, Tai Chi instructor James Simon is offering 2 free classes for beginners.

If you have fibromyalgia, please take my new online survey to help find out about the impact fibromyalgia has on relationships with family and close friends.
