Do You Get Migraines? Please Take Our Survey

Migraine can affect many aspects of people’s lives. Most surveys have asked about the effect of migraine on work and social activities. We’d like to find out how migraine affects other areas of your life. In conjunction with the University of Pittsburgh, we’re conducting a survey of adults with migraine to learn how migraine affects important aspects of your life. To better understand a broader impact picture of migraine, we’re relying on you to share your thoughts and experiences with us.
We want to learn more about your migraines. By spending a few minutes on our survey, you will help us learn more information about migraines that can benefit people with migraines and healthcare professionals. This survey is completely anonymous. Your responses cannot be matched to any personal information or identifiers. The survey consists of a maximum of 46 multiple choice questions and should take up to approximately 20 minutes to complete. Thank you for your participation!

The link provided keeps taking me to the end of the survey where it thanks me and says, “done” instead of to the beginning?
Did someone already take the survey from the computer you’re trying to use? The survey doesn’t want duplicates from the same person so it blocks a second attempt from the same computer. If you try from a different computer, it should work. Sorry and thanks for your persistence.
I am 67 yrs. old and have suffered with migraines since I was 15 yrs. old, having seen several headache specialists throughout the U. S. I still suffer from them, having 2 to 3 a week at least.
You might want to look for a headache doctor in your area by using the physician finder at the National Headache Foundation Website. Here’s the link: Physician Finder
